On the way to the Gower for a weeks camping. Tough running into the wind for the first half, and a lot of uphill, so my time was quite a bit off a 20min, but on the way back down I had the wind behind and was pretty fast. I didnt realise how close I was to a 20 min time (official time was 20:05). Again beaten by a single lady! Happy with the time considering how little run I've done recently.
